TOFU PESTO WITH FRESH PARSLEY
Pasta, pasta, pasta. We have it on the menu at least three times per week. Each time a different shape, with a different sauce. We prefer making it with fresh pesto. It’s very easy to make and it’s incredibly delicious. If you haven’t tried it yet, now is the time. Believe us, you’ll love it!
